Party Venue Guidelines:
- Balloons, noisemakers, and alcohol are not permitted on Zoo grounds, including in the Party Room/Education Center.
- Reservations should be made in advance of the desired birthday party date – and no later than 14 days before the requested date.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. Payment is due in full before you may enter the venue.
