Mark Irwin is the Zoo Technology Program Director at SUNY Jefferson. He has nearly 30 years of experience working in zoos as a keeper, veterinarian, curator, and educator. He maintains active membership in professional zoo associations and developed the authoritative textbook for the field (Zookeeping, 2013, University of Chicago Press).

Ryan served in the U.S. Army before joining Zoo New York's staff. He became passionate about the zoo and knew it would be the right fit for him, post-military! He is an active member of the community, with involvement in youth sports.

Kathryn comes to Zoo New York from Pennsylvania, where she worked at Clyde Peeling's Reptiland. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience!
