Guided Tours
- Familiar with the Zoo? Have you been here before? First time? Check out our Guided Tour option! Guided Tour is an add-on to general admittance and can be slightly catered to specific interests. Walkthrough our Zoo with an educator or staff member, learn about our animal residents, their homes, and their lives.
- $35 Flat Rate up to 15 guests. Add 10 additional guests at $2 each. Please no more than 20 youth per group.
- Guided tours must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact Agage@zoonewyork.org
Keeper Chats
- Keeper Chats are a way for the community to learn about our animals at Zoo New York directly from our Keeper Staff. Each day we highlight and hold chats for a different animal between 11 AM and 2 PM.
- For information regarding what Keeper Chat will be going on during your visit, please call Guest Services at 315-782-6180.
Elk Feeding Experience
- Take part in our exclusive elk feedings. Tickets can be purchased at Guest Services each day before the experience.
